  1. Combine milk, creamer, eggs, peanut butter and vegetable oil in bowl. Set aside

  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in separate mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients and stir together.

  3. Spray waffle iron with butter and set to medium-high heat. Add a rounded 1/2 cup of waffle batter to iron and cook until done. Store remaining batter in an airtight container for 3-5 days. Enjoy!

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
